  • "Content" refers to all materials, including text, images, videos, reports, research papers, and any other digital assets available on the platform.

  • To access our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent.
  • Organizations and institutions may access the platform under authorized agreements.
  • By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information provided is accurate.

3. Use of Services

  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform.
  • Unauthorized activities, including but not limited to hacking, data scraping, phishing, and reverse engineering, are strictly prohibited.
  • Users may not engage in misuse, fraudulent behavior, harassment, or defamatory content that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

  • Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension, legal action, or permanent access termination.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Participation in discussions, forums, and community engagement activities should be conducted respectfully and professionally.
  • Users should regularly update their account details to maintain security and proper communication.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the website belong to Royal Cyber Force or its respective licensors.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or modify any content without explicit written permission from Royal Cyber Force.
  • Users who contribute content (such as research papers, reports, or tools) grant Royal Cyber Force a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute their contributions.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect, store, and process user information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Users agree to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • We implement strict security measures to safeguard user data but cannot guarantee complete security against cyber threats.
  • Users must not share confidential information that could compromise their privacy or security.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Royal Cyber Force is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from platform use.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access and may modify or discontinue services at any time.
  • Users assume all risks associated with using the platform and acknowledge that cybersecurity threats are inherent to digital platforms.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

  • Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources for additional reference.
  • We do not endorse or control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or security measures.
  • Users access third-party services at their own risk.

9. Termination & Suspension of Services

  • We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our platform at any time due to:
    • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
    • Engagement in illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.
    • Disruptive or harmful behaviour affecting other users or the platform.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Digital Services: All payments made for digital services, including conference, workshops, HackathonX, training programs, research access, and cybersecurity consultations, are non-refundable.
  • Event & Workshop Cancellations: If a user registers for an event or workshop and later cancels, refunds will be provided only if the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
  • Force Majeure: In cases where events are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures), we will provide either a full refund or an option to attend a rescheduled event.
  • Payment Disputes: If a user believes they were wrongfully charged, they must contact support@ncsrc.in within 7 days of the transaction for resolution.
  • Subscription Services: If applicable, users may cancel their subscriptions at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the remaining subscription period.

 11. Amendments & Updates

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
  • Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notifications.
  • Continued use of Royal Cyber Force after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the Laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or the appropriate courts in New Delhi.
  • Users agree to resolve disputes in a professional and legal manner.

13. Indemnification

  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Cyber Force, NCSRC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from:
    • User violations of these Terms & Conditions.
    • Unauthorized or unlawful activities conducted through their accounts.
    • Third-party claims related to user actions on the platform.
